Your entire order may not have been in stock when you placed your order. Any items not available for immediate shipment will be indicated by a quantity in the column marked B.O. on your invoice. All items which are not billed out at the time of shipment will be canceled. This policy does not apply to special order items or parts of kits.
D & R Classic accepts Discover, Mastercard, and Visa on all US retail orders. The order must be shipped to the billing address for the credit card at a domestic address. All credit card information is present only on a third party secure server (Paypal/Verisign) and not available to any other party.
Parts returned for a core charge refund must be in good usable condition. Customers will be notified if their cores are not usable. The cores will be scrapped unless the customer pays for the return shipping. If you have a question as to the condition of your core please call. Brake calipers which have been sleeved or contain broken bolts or studs will NOT be accepted. Cores must have the original casting numbers visable and matching the purchased parts.
Open your package in the presence of the carrier (UPS, Fedex, or motor freight) and note any damage (with UPS, Fedex or on the bill of lading) before signing for your shipment. Please sign all bill of ladings damaged if you are NOT allowed to inspect motor freight. Your order was inspected and carefully packed by professionals before leaving D & R Classic Automotive. It is the responsibility of the carrier to make sure your order arrives in the same good condition in which it left our store. If all or part of your order was damaged in transit report this damage to the carrier as soon as possible. Return any damaged merchandise in the original shipping carton together with all packing material and notify UPS, Fedex, or motor freight to assure prompt processing and replacement of any damaged merchandise. DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS NOT BEEN DAMAGED.
All reproduction and new parts are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Liability of D & R Classic is limited to the replacement of the defective part. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt of merchandise which is not to your satisfaction. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Customer will pay freight on all returns. Any legal proceedings to be brought forward in Dupage County, IL. No other warranty expressed or implied. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Illinois residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax. Items too large for UPS or Fedex will be shipped by truck freight. All truck freight items must be prepaid. Prices in this catalog do not include shipping or boxing charges. The shipping charges are only estimated by this web site. Actual shipping charges depend on the item, method of shipment, and delivery address.

Books, decals, electrical parts, used items, and special order items are not returnable. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be AUTHORIZED and be accompanied by a COPY of the ORIGINAL INVOICE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Damaged or installed merchandise will not be accepted. All merchandise returned for exchange or credit will not be subject to the 20% restocking fee if returned within 15 days. Please call or write for a return authorization number. You will need information which is on your invoice to receive this number.
All used parts are sold as is. Returns on used parts are for exchange of the same part only. To avoid confusion always send a picture from an assembly manual or similar book with a complete description when ordering used parts.

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS's retailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
